TSANG Lok-yan received her Master’s degree (MMus, Composition) with Distinction at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA), Master's degree (MA, Chinese) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary, Music and Chinese) and Bachelor of Music in Education (Contemporary Music and Performance Pedagogy) from The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). Lok-yan is also the certificate holder of distinction in LRSM and a member of the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong Limited (CASH).
Being enthusiastic in composing, Lok-yan’s works have been performed, given awards, and received commissions in Hong Kong, the United States and Costa Rica. She was honored to be selected in the ADORE Project ( https://theadoreproject.org/ ), a platform to share her orchestral works with the whole world. Her orchestral work Waterscape was presented by the Hong Kong Philharmonic (HKPhil) in April 2022, as part of the Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Composers Scheme 2019/20. Her favourite work, Symphony in Purple, was performed by the UNCG School of Music Symphony Orchestra (University of North Carolina at Greensboro) in February 2022.

曾樂欣先後從香港教育大學、香港演藝學院及香港城市大學畢業，取得音樂教育榮譽學士學位（當代音樂及演奏教育學）、學位教師教育文憑（小學，音樂及中文）、音樂碩士（作曲，優異）及中文碩士學位。樂欣於二零一六年亦以優異成績考獲英國皇家音樂學院音樂演奏高級文憑（LRSM）；現為香港作曲家及作詞家協會（CASH）的會員。
樂欣熱心創作，其作品曾於香港、美國及哥斯大黎加發表，榮獲不同獎項及委約。有幸入選一個與全世界分享管弦樂作品的平台 — the ADORE Project ( https://theadoreproject.org/ )，使她最愛的作品 —《紫》於 2022 年 2 月榮獲北卡羅來納大學格林斯伯勒分校(UNCG) 的音樂學院交響樂團演奏。 而她的管弦樂作品 —《水景》亦由香港管弦樂團（HKPhil）於「何鴻毅家族基金作曲家計劃 2019/20」的公開工作坊上呈獻。
